Service Area

High Plains Imaging Physics provides diagnostic medical physics support for hospitals, clinics, and imaging facilities across Kansas and the surrounding Central Plains region.

HPIP is based in northwest Kansas and is designed to serve rural and community healthcare facilities that need dependable, practical, and responsive medical physics support. The primary service region includes western, central, and northern Kansas, with availability for facilities throughout Kansas and nearby areas of Nebraska, Colorado, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Iowa.

Facilities Served

HPIP supports critical access hospitals, rural hospitals, community hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, specialty clinics, and facilities preparing for accreditation or regulatory review.

Rural imaging departments often work with limited staffing, broad responsibilities, and long distances from major service centers. HPIP is built around those realities by providing clear communication, practical scheduling, useful reports, and long-term professional support.

Outside the Primary Service Area?

Facilities outside the primary service region are welcome to contact HPIP. Availability depends on the type of service needed, location, scheduling, and applicable state or accreditation requirements.
